Experinence : Fresher – 4 years

  • Details

Candidates with good communication & analytical skills
  • Practical knowledge on Windows/Unix/MSSQL/POSTGRE – L1
  • Job schedulers knowledge (Control-M/Autosys, UC4)
  • Good knowledge in Monitoring infrastructure
  • Good understanding of ITIL concepts in Operations (Incident, Change, Problem)
  • Ability to handle Incident crisis calls
  • Understanding of Event Management (Monitoring tools) in Infrastructure

Education and Skills:

  • 0- 4 yrs.
  • IT support infrastructure knowledge, Windows / Unix
  • Tech/ Ops – Production support
