Job Description

As a Trainee (Apprentice), you will support the Financial Transaction Banking IT team in India, focusing on regulatory compliance, application support, and delivery. You will also collaborate with regional and global solution centers (GSC) to ensure smooth project execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 application support for financial transaction banking applications.
  • Work closely with vendors to support local and regulatory applications.
  • Develop a strong understanding of India Payment Factory flow.
  • Collaborate with Compliance & Risk teams to ensure timely audit submissions and actions.

Education & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications or Engineering.
  • Database knowledge is required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Familiarity with networking & cloud computing is a plus.
