Job Description

As a Specialist in the VKYC Team, your primary responsibility will be to conduct Video KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications for PhonePe users. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act with integrity and put customers first in every interaction.
  • Handle cases involving video calling for KYC verification.
  • Follow specified process guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain customer trust through seamless interactions.
  • Meet hourly and daily productivity goals efficiently.

Education & Skills Required

  • Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
  • 0 – 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Multilingual skills (spoken + written) in South Indian languages are preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick learner with good adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
