Infor is conducting an Off Campus Drive in 2025 to hire fresh graduates for the position of Information Developer, Associate. This role is based in Hyderabad and offers an estimated salary ranging from ₹5 to ₹10 LPA.

Job Role: Information Developer, Associate

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, information design, business, computer science, or equivalent technical training and work experience.

Batch: 2025 and earlier

Experience: Freshers

Job Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, write, and code online help, user guides, installation manuals, and release-related documentation for business software.

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.

  • Research and organize content for various documentation projects.

  • Develop technical writing skills in line with the company's standards and style.

  • Deliver quality documents with minimal errors; edit materials for clarity, organization, and adherence to standards.

  • Proactively build knowledge of assigned applications to produce effective user documentation.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent command of the English language, including grammar and structure.

  • Proficiency in information development authoring tools or the ability to learn new tools quickly.

  • Strong PC skills with knowledge of various operating systems, file management tools, and common MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry-specific knowledge or experience, or a technical writing internship.

  • Familiarity with markup languages and graphics tools, either through experience or academic exposure.

  • Strong research and writing skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well with team members at all levels of the organization.

  • Effective time management skills to ensure successful completion of tasks.
