IBM is currently conducting an off-campus recruitment drive to hire fresh graduates for the role of Associate System Engineer. This opportunity is open to candidates across India, including locations such as Kolkata, Gurgaon, Noida, and Bangalore.

Role: Associate System Engineer

Job Description: As an Associate System Engineer, you will engage in various aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and support. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing and improving existing systems, collaborating across different process phases, and developing innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech), MCA, or MSc in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Graduation year: 2024.
  • Minimum academic performance: 6.0 CGPA or 60% aggregate.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
  • No active backlogs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary: Approximately ₹4.5 Lakh.
  • One-time settling allowance: ₹25,000.
