Job Description: As a Cloud Support Associate at Amazon, you will:

  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions to customers.

  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and maintain a strong customer focus.
    • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for technology.
