Job Description
As an Associate Operations, you will be responsible for handling moderate to complex inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and processing changes to policies in a professional and accurate manner.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Input and track customer data in the appropriate databases.
- Stay updated on new marketing campaigns to respond to related inquiries effectively.
- Handle customer documentation requests, explain documents clearly, and follow up if required.
- Have working knowledge of insurance policies and related procedures.
- Process policy changes accurately and identify opportunities for cross-selling (if applicable).
Education & Skills Required
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
- 0 – 2 years of experience (Preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and customer correspondence.
- Accuracy in processing policy changes and providing detailed documentation.
